Naruto Mythos uses standard-size cards and the publisher designs its accessories for exactly that format. Orange Naruto is one of four sleeve designs in the same line; the others are Red Itachi, Blue Sasuke, Gold Naruto. All four share the size and the 60-sleeve pack and differ only in artwork.

How many sleeves you need for a deck

A Naruto Mythos deck has at least 30 cards plus 3 missions, so one pack covers the whole deck with spares left to replace worn sleeves. The rules allow missions to use a different sleeve design than the deck, so Orange Naruto on the deck and another design on the missions is tournament legal.
