A sleeve is the cheapest insurance a collection can get - it costs pennies and protects a card worth hundreds from a bent corner or a greasy thumb.
Expensive cards are usually double sleeved: the card goes into an inner sleeve first (we stock 63 x 88 and 64 x 89 mm), then into an outer one. The inner sleeve closes at the top and the outer at the bottom, so neither dust nor moisture gets in.
For single cards that leave the deck for good there are toploaders and One-Touch magnetic holders. We also carry licensed Disney Lorcana sleeves with character art, 65 to a pack - a deck's worth with a margin.
