Two faces of Imperial might
Darth Vader is the living embodiment of the Empire's might. His presence inspires terror in his foes and unquestioning submission in his allies, and he wields fear as skilfully as his lightsaber. According to the distributor, you can field him as a Commander or an Operative.
General Veers brings ironclad discipline and tactical cunning. His skill at mechanised combat makes him ideal for leading frontal assaults on prepared enemy defences.
What to combine them with
Vader and Veers need troops: start with Stormtroopers, and add the AT-ST Walker for a Veers-led assault. More Imperial leaders come in Agents of the Empire.
