Psionic support for the Protoss
High Templar are masters of the Khala and among the most feared Protoss warriors. In the game they are a versatile support unit:
- Psionic Storm - the storm token stays on the table and damages units at the end of each phase, even after the High Templar is destroyed.
- Feedback - punishes enemy Mechanical and Psionic units for using Active or Reaction abilities with NON-LETHAL DAMAGE (3).
- Our Minds as One - an upgrade that cuts the cost of the first special ability each round and improves storm rolls.
- Farsight - an upgrade that improves the survivability of friendly units.
What to combine them with
The best partner is Tassadar: his Force Walls funnel enemies into choke points, and clustered units are the perfect target for Psionic Storm. High Templar also do well against armies that lean heavily on unit abilities.
About the game
StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game is Archon Studio's miniatures wargame, licensed by Blizzard. Players alternate unit activations, armies arrive from reserve as Supply allows, Minerals buy units and Vespene Gas buys tactical cards. A starter with a 1000-mineral army is enough to begin, and expansions like this one let you grow it and vary your lists.
