Bandai's trading card game is set in the world of Eiichiro Oda's manga. Each player uses one Leader card, a 50-card deck and a 10-card DON!! deck, and DON!! cards are the resource used to play Characters and power up attacks. A player loses when their Leader takes damage with no Life cards left.

The set brings six new Leaders: Portgas D. Ace, Monkey D. Luffy, Buggy, Sengoku, Yamato and Marshall D. Teach. The base card list has 119 cards, and Ace and Teach debut as Secret Rares.
