Wiedźmin: Ścieżka Przeznaczenia - Dziki Gon

The Witcher: Path of Destiny - Wild Hunt (Wiedźmin: Ścieżka Przeznaczenia - Dziki Gon) is an expansion with a new story and a one-versus-all mode. One player leads the Wild Hunt, which has come to take Ciri, while the others form a team of heroes trying to stop it. You need the Path of Destiny base game to play.

Playing as and against the Wild Hunt

The Wild Hunt player commands four generals: Eredin, Imlerith, Nithral and Caranthir. Each has a colour and a threat track on the mat. When the Hunt plays cards in a general's colour, the general climbs the track, scores points and unlocks skill cards.

The heroes play together. If they play enough cards in a general's colour, they force him to retreat and draw his weakness card. They score victory points as a team and at the end win or lose against the Wild Hunt as one. It feels very different from the competitive base game: what matters is coordinating colours around the table.

Solo and other expansions

Solo, you pick any hero and play against the Automa controlling the Wild Hunt. The expansion cannot be combined with other variants or components from other expansions, so it works as its own game mode.
