Gamegenic: Playmat Prime 2 mm, Purple
The purple Gamegenic Prime playmat is a mat in a strong yet unshowy colour, with no artwork at all. It is 610 x 350 mm of natural rubber, 2 mm thick, with an anti-slip back and a barely visible imprinted logo.
Purple on the table: Amethyst, Psychic and purple leaders
The purple mat pairs well with decks that have this colour built into the game itself. In Disney Lorcana it is the Amethyst ink, in the One Piece Card Game one of the six leader colours, and in the Pokémon TCG purple brings Psychic Pokémon to mind. It also matches decks in dark or purple sleeves for a coordinated setup.
The Prime playmat in numbers
- 610 x 350 mm - a play area for one player
- 2 mm of natural rubber, soft under cards and dice
- ultra-fine surface that protects cards and sleeves from dirt and scratches
- anti-slip back that keeps the mat on the table
- imprinted logo, almost invisible depending on the light
Gamegenic recommends the Prime mat for card games, dice rolling and as a desk mat.
Transport and card protection
Carry the rolled mat in a tube, for example the clear Gamegenic playmat tube, which shows off the mat colour. The tube is 385 mm long, so it holds the mat rolled along its short side. For the cards themselves, see our card protection guide.
FAQ
Does the purple mat suit Lorcana?
Yes, especially Amethyst ink decks. It has no artwork, so it works for any card game.
Can I fold the mat?
Better not, a rubber mat handles rolling far better.
Are cards or dice included?
No, accessories shown in the producer's photos are not part of the product.
Where is the logo on the mat?
In the top corner. It is imprinted and almost invisible at most angles.
