• 100 inner sleeves, 64 x 89 mm
• 100 Prime outer sleeves, 66 x 91 mm, black back
• cards up to 63 x 88 mm
• polypropylene, PVC-free and acid-free

What double sleeving is

You slide the card into a snug inner sleeve first, then put both into an outer sleeve. This sleeve-within-sleeve setup adds a layer of protection: the inner sleeve hugs the card and protects its surface, while the outer one takes the wear from shuffling and prevents bent corners, scratches and damage. The two sleeves in this pack are matched to each other, so sleeving goes quickly.

Why 100 of each

The producer made this pack with the Commander format of Magic: The Gathering in mind, where a deck has exactly 100 cards. One pack sleeves a whole Commander deck. For a 60-card deck you have spares for a sideboard and trade cards. A deck sleeved like this fits the Bastion 100+ XL deck box, which holds 100+ double-sleeved cards.

Prime Sleeves: clarity and back

Both layers are extra clear, so card colours and contrast stay true. The Prime back is 100% opaque, and its fine texture keeps the deck from sliding apart on the stack and gives a good shuffle feel. The producer intends them for tournament play, with the caveat that sleeves are always subject to judge approval. Gamegenic also makes a matte version, the Matte Double Sleeving Pack. Read more about choosing sleeves in our card protection guide; the inner sleeves are also sold on their own: Gamegenic Inner Sleeves.
