A Commander deck box
A Commander deck in Magic: The Gathering has 100 cards, and many players double-sleeve it. The Bastion 100+ XL is designed for exactly that, thicker inner sleeves included. A set for sleeving 100 cards is the Gamegenic Prime Double Sleeving Pack: 100 inner and 100 outer sleeves. The box also works for a double-sleeved 60-card deck with room for a sideboard and tokens.
Two halves during play
The Bastion consists of two symmetrical parts. Once opened, one holds your deck and the other your discard pile, with access to every card down to the last. The click-lock clasp keeps the box firmly shut in a backpack and opens in one move. The Bastion also fits other Gamegenic products, such as the Dungeon organiser.
Purple and other colours
Gamegenic makes the Bastion in ten colours. Purple suits Amethyst ink decks in Lorcana or purple leaders in the One Piece Card Game. For smaller decks there is the purple Bastion 50+. The producer quotes capacity for Gamegenic sleeves; other brands may change it. More on sleeves in our card protection guide.
