Which decks the Bastion 50+ suits
A capacity of 55+ double-sleeved cards fits decks of around 50 cards. Examples: Star Wars: Unlimited, where a deck has at least 50 cards plus a leader and a base, or the One Piece Card Game with a 50-card deck and a leader. For a double-sleeved 60-card deck or a Commander deck, go for the larger Bastion 100+ XL.
A box that turns into a deck holder
The Bastion is made of two symmetrical halves. During play you separate them and get two holders: one for your deck and one for the discard pile, with access down to the last card. The snap-open clasp opens in one move, yet the box will not come apart in a backpack. Gamegenic designed the Bastion to fit other products of the brand too, such as the Dungeon organiser.
The green Bastion
The Bastion comes in ten colours. Green is a good marker for green Magic: The Gathering decks, Emerald ink decks in Lorcana or the Command aspect in Star Wars: Unlimited. The same size also comes as a purple Bastion 50+. The producer quotes capacity for Gamegenic sleeves; other brands may change it. More on sleeves and boxes in our card protection guide.
