Corvus Light specifications
Rebel lists several specifics for this line: the sleeves are colourless, with no tint, so the card art looks the same as without a sleeve. They are made of polypropylene without polyvinyl chloride, which the maker says gives better resistance to sunlight and more flexibility. The film barely absorbs water: 0.03% after 24 hours of immersion. A pack of 100 sleeves weighs about 50 g.
Which games they fit
63 x 88 mm is the standard size for trading cards and many board games. Rebel lists games that use this size, including Magic: The Gathering, Star Wars: Unlimited, Splendor, A Game of Thrones, K2 and the Colt Express series. Pokémon TCG and Disney Lorcana cards come in the same standard format.
Light, Medium or Premium
The Corvus line comes in three thicknesses: Light 50 microns, Medium 70 microns and Premium 100 microns. Thinner film means a slimmer deck and sleeved cards that fit more easily back into the game box; thicker film copes better with heavy shuffling. Light works well for card-heavy board games and for cards you simply want to keep scratch-free.
If you want double protection, Rebel also makes Corvus Inner Sleeve Light inner sleeves for double sleeving. What to choose for your game is covered in our card protection guide.
