Ultra PRO: Pokémon - 2" Album, Mega Charizard X and Y
The Ultra PRO Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y 2" Album is an officially licensed three-ring binder for a Pokémon TCG collection. Its cover carries full-art artwork of both Charizard Mega Evolutions, and the 2-inch D-rings take a large collection of card pages.
- 3-ring binder with 2 in (about 5 cm) D-rings
- cover featuring Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y
- officially licensed for the Pokémon TCG
- made in California, USA
- pocket pages sold separately
What you get
The binder itself, with a three-D-ring mechanism. You add 3-ring punched pocket pages - they are not included, so you choose the number of pages and pocket layout (for example 9 cards per page). Ultra PRO intends the album for large collections of pages; the maker also notes it works for organising schoolwork.
2-inch rings for a growing collection
A 2-inch ring size is the format Ultra PRO recommends for large collections of pages. The advantage of a ring binder over a portfolio with fixed pages is that capacity grows with your collection: add more pages, reorder them and sort cards by set, type or collector number.
Charizard on the cover
The cover shows Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y - the two Mega Evolutions of one of the most popular Pokémon. Ultra PRO released a whole range of accessories with this art, so the album looks right on a shelf next to other Charizard pieces.
Ring binder or portfolio
Pick a ring binder when your collection is growing and you want to add pages or reorder them. Ready-made portfolios such as the Ultra PRO Pitch Black for 126 cards or the zippered Premium PRO-Binder have a fixed capacity but need no extra pages. More on storing cards in our card protection guide.
