Wiedźmin: Stary Świat - Na tropie potworów

The Witcher: Old World - Monster Trail (Wiedźmin: Stary Świat - Na tropie potworów) is an expansion made of modules that deepen the hunt: a new, sixth witcher school, bombs, mutagens, stronger action cards and monsters with special attacks and weaknesses. You can add modules one at a time or all together. You need the Witcher: Old World base game to play.

• expansion, requires the base game (standard or deluxe)
• 2-5 players, ages 16+, about 90-150 minutes
• new Manticore School witcher miniature and a troll miniature
• Polish edition by Rebel

What's in the box

• Manticore School witcher miniature and player board, plus 5 wooden markers
• troll miniature
• 113 cards, including 28 bomb cards, 15 mutagen cards and 40 advanced action cards
• 29 large monster cards
• 20 tokens and a rulebook

Expansion modules

• Manticore School - a sixth witcher with potion tolerance. Its area is already printed on the base game board; this expansion brings it into play.
• Bombs - a deck next to the potions. In a fight you can use as many potions and bombs combined as your alchemy level.
• Mutagens - when your witcher levels up, you take a mutagen with a combat ability instead of drawing cards.
• Advanced action cards - 10 kinds, 4 cards each. Shuffle them all in at once or add them kind by kind.
• Monster weaknesses and special attacks - each monster gets a large double-sided card with four special attacks, and witchers can uncover its weaknesses.
• Troll - a new monster added to the level III monster deck.

What to combine it with

Monster Trail works well with the rest of the line: it combines with Wild Hunt, Legendary Hunt and Mages (who get their own special starting cards too). Skellige's large Dagon card has a separate side with special attacks for this expansion.
