Cyberpunk 2077: Gra planszowa - Edgerunners

Edgerunners is an expansion for Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game (Polish edition) that adds six characters from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners to your crew: David, Lucy, Maine, Rebecca, Kiwi and Pilar. Each has a miniature, a deck and iconic cyberware. You can use them in any campaign or Afterlife mission.

What's in the box

• 6 character miniatures
• 91 cards: ID, action and advanced action cards, cyberware and new gear
• 13 tokens and 2 dice
• rulebook

What the edgerunners change

These characters are harder to play than the base game heroes, and the rulebook suggests adding them once you know the rules. They differ in two ways:

• Deck specialisation - each starting deck lacks one of the four card colours, so every character has a clear role in the team from the start.
• Iconic cyberware - installed at setup and usable only by that character.

All that chrome comes at a cost: edgerunners raise the threat level before a mission. The expansion also adds a new quickhack, crafting card and weapon to the unlocked card decks.

The six characters at a glance

• David - no green (intelligence) cards, but his orange cards add time to the action phase. Cyberware: Sandevistan.
• Lucy - a netrunner with no orange cards, two unique symbols and her monowire.
• Maine - the weapons specialist. His missile launcher damages everyone in a chosen room.
• Rebecca - the more red cards she plays in a row, the more damage she deals. Cyberware: gorilla arms.
• Kiwi - no red cards. Her cyberdeck with 6 mod tokens powers up her quickhacks.
• Pilar - no blue cards, but his own die earns him crafting cards. Cyberware: cybernetic arms.

Who it's for

Crews who have finished the Prologue and know the base rules. With Edgerunners the pool of playable characters grows from four to ten, so your next campaign run or Afterlife gig plays out with a different line-up and different tactics.
