Cyberpunk 2077: Gra planszowa (edycja deluxe)

The deluxe edition of Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game (Cyberpunk 2077: Gra planszowa) is the same cooperative tactical game as the standard edition, with miniatures in place of enemy tokens. The box holds 27 miniatures: five hero miniatures (V in two versions, Jackie, Judy and Panam) plus 22 enemies, from corporate guards to Adam Smasher. Cards, missions, tiles and rules are identical.

How the deluxe edition differs from the standard

In the standard edition only the player characters are miniatures, and enemies are cardboard tokens. Deluxe replaces them with 22 miniatures:

• 16 Arasaka and Militech guards
• 4 minotaurs, the combat mechs of the Labyrinth storyline
• Adam Smasher
• the Basilisk, Militech's combat vehicle

Everything else is the same: 418 cards, 170 tokens, 17 board tiles, 52 dice, the Night City guide, campaign sheet, 2 tracks, 9 player boards and the secret envelope. The box is twice as tall to fit the miniatures (30 x 30 x 16 cm instead of 30 x 30 x 8 cm).

Who the deluxe edition is for

Go deluxe if you want to see on the table who is waiting in the next room. In fights with minotaurs and the showdown with Adam Smasher, a miniature reads faster on the board than a token. If gameplay is all you care about, the standard edition is exactly the same game.

Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game in brief

Players lead edgerunners: V (female and male versions), Jackie, Judy and Panam. Missions alternate between real-time action phases timed by the app and untimed recovery phases. The campaign has 13 missions, and Afterlife mode adds standalone gigs and contract generators.
