Heroes of Might and Magic III: Stretch Goals - Jednostka frakcji

Stretch Goals - Faction Units (Jednostka frakcji) is a set of 21 plastic miniatures for Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Board Game, here in the Polish edition. You get unit miniatures for the three base game factions: Castle, Dungeon and Necropolis, seven for each. In the base game only heroes have miniatures and units are cards, so this set brings the base factions in line with the faction expansions, whose armies already come with miniatures. At last you see Queen Catherine's griffins, Nighon's minotaurs and the necromancers' ghost dragons on the table as miniatures, not just as card art.

What the unit miniatures are for

The publisher offers two ways to resolve combat: on the simplified board where armies are cards, or on the extended battlefield with miniatures. The second needs unit miniatures. The Battlefield expansion provides a hex board with obstacles, and this set lets you field the armies of Castle, Dungeon and Necropolis on it.

Factions outside the base game have miniatures in their own expansions: each of them, such as Rampart (Bastion) or Stronghold (Twierdza), includes 7 unit miniatures.
