StarCraft: Terran Custom Dice Set is an official set of 20 six-sided dice for StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game by Archon Studio. The dice carry Terran insignia and an industrial look, steel and hazard markings like frontline hardware from the Koprulu sector. They suit an army of Marines, Marauders and Siege Tanks.
What's in the Terran dice set
- 20 D6 in Terran colours
- small box, approx. 9 x 7 x 2 cm
Why dice matter in StarCraft TMG
The game uses only standard six-sided dice: you roll to hit, for armour and to evade, and attacks with Surge add a Surge die in a different colour. Terrans field large infantry units, so a Marine squad can throw a whole handful of dice at once. Your own set in army colours keeps your rolls apart from your opponent's.
The set is most useful with the Terran Starter Set, which has no dice in the box. The Two Player Starter Set - Founders Edition has 20 D6 for both players, so a second set lets each side roll their own.
The box is about 9 x 7 cm, so it fits in your army case or the starter box and the dice travel with your miniatures to every game night.
Dice for the other races
The publisher made a set for each race: the Zerg Custom Dice Set and the Protoss Custom Dice Set. Two different sets on the table are also an easy way to get a differently coloured Surge die.
