Whispers in the Well Disney Lorcana
Whispers in the Well, the tenth Disney Lorcana set, with the Boost and Alert mechanics. Two starter decks and playmats featuring Jasmine and Mickey Mouse.
Whispers in the Well
Whispers in the Well is the tenth Disney Lorcana set, released in November 2025: 204 new cards plus 18 borderless Epic cards, 18 Enchanted and 2 Iconic. Its central characters are the Whispers, half-formed figures summoned from torn Lorebook pages. The new mechanics are Boost, which lets you pay ink once a turn to tuck the top card of your deck under a character to power it up, and Alert, which lets a character challenge as if it had Evasive.
Gargoyles and The Black Cauldron make their Lorcana debut here, and there are characters from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow too, including the Headless Horseman and Ichabod Crane.
From Whispers in the Well we have two starter decks: Amber and Emerald, and Sapphire and Steel. Each comes with 60 ready-made cards including two foils, an extra booster pack, tokens, a paper playmat and a rules sheet, which makes it a good first deck for a new player. There are also playmats with Jasmine from Aladdin and with Mickey Mouse, both 61 x 34.3 cm.
