Cyberpunk TCG: Welcome to Night City - Booster Pack
Add these to your order
The Welcome to Night City booster pack for Cyberpunk TCG holds 12 random cards from the game's first set, in WeirdCo's retail edition. A single pack is the easiest way to see the cards up close, add something to your deck or take a shot at the top rarities.
- 12 Welcome to Night City cards, in English
- rarities from Common up to Secret Rare and Iconic Rare
- retail edition, without the Beta symbol
What you can pull from a Welcome to Night City booster
The set has six rarity tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic Rare, Secret Rare and Iconic Rare. WeirdCo marks the top two with raised PVT texture mapped to each card's art, and Iconic Rares have their names in silver cold foil. Examples shown by the publisher include the Iconic Rare Adam Smasher: Metal Over Meat and the Secret Rare July Álvarez: Nothing to Doubt. The retail edition also has its own alt-art Iconic Rares. None of these is guaranteed in a single pack.
How to use the cards you pull
A Cyberpunk TCG deck is 3 Legends and 40-50 cards, with up to 3 copies of a card. Legends set the RAM limit for their colour, so stronger cards of a colour need the right Legends. Most pack pulls end up upgrading a starter deck: you swap weaker cards for ones that fit your colours and RAM.
The official Pre-release Kit contains 6 of these packs per player, so a few packs are also a good way to practise building from a pool before a sealed event.
Booster, box or starter deck
For your first game a ready deck is the better pick, e.g. The Heist starter deck, which comes with a full set of dice and plays straight away. If you collect the set or build several decks, the Welcome to Night City booster box with 24 packs makes more sense. The Kickstarter version is the Beta booster, with the Beta symbol and its own art variants.
