What the adventure is about
The Vine has pignapped Piglet, and his friends from the Hundred Acre Wood set out to rescue him. On the players' side you will find Winnie the Pooh - Hunny Archmage, Tigger - Hunny Barbarian and Kanga - Hunny Bard, plus Violet Parr and Boo. The Vine fights back with leafy copies of characters such as Pete - Made by the Vine and Cruella De Vil - Made by the Vine, and helpers like Bramble Bully.
Who Illumineer's Quest is for
Ravensburger designed the adventure to be played solo or with a friend. The ready decks mean nothing needs buying or building, so it is a good product for a first game with someone new to Lorcana and for players who prefer working together to competing. The box also says 1-2 more players can join with their own Lorcana decks. The distributor lists ages 8+ and a playing time of 30-45 minutes.
Co-op box or Attack of the Vine! packs
Illumineer's Quest is a complete game with fixed contents, not random cards. If you want to build up your decks or collect Attack of the Vine!, go for Attack of the Vine! booster packs or the booster box with 24 packs.
