How the live break works

Booster Break is our name for opening packs on stream. Instead of a sealed box you get a live opening and the cards in the post. Step by step:

• You buy a product marked Booster Break. The same order can include regular products - only items marked Booster Break are opened live.
• You watch the opening on the next stream. First we read out your order number and nickname, then we open the box on a clean table and a soft protective playmat, with no cuts.
• We protect the cards during the stream: every foil goes into a sleeve and the bigger hits into toploaders. The remaining cards are packed in a box or a padded envelope.
• We ship all cards and the rest of the box contents together with the rest of your order.

What we open: the Konoha Shidō 1st Edition booster box

Each of the 24 packs has 10 cards in a fixed layout:

• 1 Mission card
• 4 Common and 3 Uncommon cards
• 1 holo card (a holo Common or Uncommon, or a Rare ART)
• 1 Rare, Secret or Legendary card

That adds up to 240 cards, including 24 Mission cards, 24 holo cards and 24 Rare-or-better cards.

What the chat is waiting for: 1st Edition chase cards

The first print run has its own trophies. The rarest is the Legendary Gold card Naruto Uzumaki "I'll be the greatest Hokage", made with real 22K gold and individually numbered, 2,000 copies in English. The publisher states it turns up about once per 800 packs, so not every box has one. There are also 10 gold-finished Secret cards and 4 numbered Secret Variants with artwork exclusive to this edition. Characters in the set include Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Itachi.

Live break or a sealed box

Pick the live break if you want the opening right away, together with the chat, and your cards delivered already sorted with the hits in toploaders. If you would rather have a sealed box for your collection or your own opening, go for the regular Konoha Shidō 1st Edition booster box.

Live break FAQ

How do I know it is my box being opened?
Before opening we read out your order number and nickname, and the whole thing is filmed in one shot with no cuts.

When is the stream?
Usually at weekends. Dates are announced on the GILDIS Discord server and in episodes on the DisStream channel.

What if I miss the live stream?
You lose nothing: the recording stays available and your cards are shipped anyway. If the stream ends up unlisted, we send you the recording in a private message.

Do I get every card from the box?
Yes, all 240 cards and the rest of the box contents.

Can I return a live break?
No. A live break is a made-to-order item and cannot be returned. By buying it you agree to have it opened on stream.
