Naruto Mythos: Konoha Shidō - Booster Pack (2nd Edition)

The Konoha Shidō 2nd Edition booster holds 10 cards from the first Naruto Mythos TCG set in its second print run. Every pack has the same layout: a Mission card, seven Commons and Uncommons, a holo card and a Rare-or-better card. The cards are in English and carry the "2nd Edition" stamp.

Chase cards in the 2nd Edition

The top slot is most often a holographic Rare. Together the Rares form 9 larger illustrations, so collectors chase them in full sets. Less often the slot holds a gold-finished Secret or a Legendary.

The second print run has its own trophies: two Gold cards, Rock Lee and Sasuke Uchiha, made with real 22K gold and individually numbered (2,000 and 1,500 copies in English), plus new numbered Secret Variants with artwork the 1st Edition does not have.

When to pick a 2nd Edition booster

When you want to add cards to a Konoha Shidō deck or try your luck chasing the new Gold cards. The set features Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Kakashi Hatake, Hinata Hyuga, Shikamaru Nara and Rock Lee among others, so even a single pack gives you characters straight from the anime.

For a full deck (at least 30 cards) the 2nd Edition booster box with 24 packs is the easier route. The Naruto Uzumaki Gold card is only in the first print run, i.e. in 1st Edition booster packs.

Naruto Mythos TCG in a few sentences

Players fight over Mission cards that join the table each round: rank D first, then C, B and A. Each round you get a base of 5 Chakra plus one for every character you have in play, and you can play characters face down as well as upgrade them with higher-cost versions of the same character. After 4 rounds the player with the most mission points wins.
