Homeworlds

The ninth Star Wars: Unlimited set - 272 cards about the home planets of the galaxy and the armies that invade them. Packs, displays, Carbonite and the Prerelease Box.

Homeworlds (set code HMW) is the ninth Star Wars: Unlimited expansion. It runs to 272 cards and comes down from orbit to the surface of the planets: the galaxy's alien cultures and the invaders their worlds defend against. All 16 bases are commons carrying the traits of four planets, Tatooine, Naboo, Endor and Kashyyyk, and many cards get stronger with a specific planet base. The 18 leaders include Darth Vader, Darth Sidious, Maul, Asajj Ventress, Maz Kanata, Omega, Osha, Wicket and Jar Jar Binks, and the legendaries include Yoda, Qui-Gon Jinn and Emperor Palpatine.

The set introduces the Fortify keyword, the game's first upgrades that attach to a base instead of a unit, and two new tokens: Beast, a 3/3 unit and the largest token in the game, and Weakness, which gives an enemy unit -1/-1. The pre-built Spotlight Decks are led by Chewbacca and Grand Moff Tarkin, who turns into the Death Star at 9 resources.

A standard booster holds 16 cards: nine commons, three uncommons, one rare or legendary, one leader, one base or token and one Hyperspace foil. At least one card per pack is a Hyperspace version, and roughly one pack in 18 holds a Prestige card. A display holds 24 packs, enough for an eight-player draft or four sealed pools, while the Prerelease Box is six packs with Chewbacca and Tarkin leader variants, counters and a deck box.

The Carbonite edition is a line of its own: premium collector packs, twelve to a display. Every card in them is a variant (Hyperspace, Hyperspace foil, Showcase or Prestige), and every pack has a guaranteed Prestige card, including foil and serialized versions. Carbonite is a single print run and the publisher plans no reprint.

Set release: 9 October 2026.
